iFellowship

Terms of Use

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SPECTRE LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“we”, “us”), which operates iFellowship. By creating an account or using iFellowship, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use iFellowship.

1. Who can use iFellowship

You must be 18 or older. Churches decide who may join them: you can only take part in a church after its admins approve you, and they may remove you later.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You’re responsible for what happens on your account, and you must give your real name and not pretend to be someone else. Tell us at support@ifellowship.app if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Churches, admins and leaders

Each church manages its own members, positions and groups through its admins. Positions such as Pastor are assigned only by a church’s admins. Churches and their admins are responsible for their own decisions; we provide the app they use, and we aren’t responsible for how a church chooses to run its community.

4. How to treat one another

iFellowship is a place for fellowship. You agree not to:

5. What you share

You keep ownership of the messages, photos and other content you share. You give us permission to store, copy, display and send your content only as needed to run iFellowship for you and the people you share it with, including showing reported messages to the admins who review reports. You must have the right to share anything you post.

6. Reports, moderation and removal

You can block or report anyone. Church admins review reports about their members, and reports about leaders go to the church above them or to us. Admins may warn members or remove them from their church. We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or put others at risk, and we may share information with authorities when the law requires it or someone’s safety is at stake.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in My Profile → Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you do.

8. Changes to iFellowship

We’re continually improving iFellowship and may add, change or remove features. Some features for churches may require a paid subscription in the future; any such subscription will have its own terms, shown before you agree to them.

9. No warranties

We work hard to keep iFellowship reliable and safe, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or secure, and we aren’t responsible for what members say or do.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, SPECTRE LLC won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of iFellowship. Our total liability for any claim about iFellowship is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above, and if the changes are important, we’ll let you know in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use iFellowship after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Apple and Google

If you downloaded iFellowship from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and SPECTRE LLC, not Apple or Google, and Apple or Google’s own terms also apply to your use of their stores.
